• Ideas and games on the trampoline

    A few days ago I happened to come upon this very beautiful image that shows how a trampoline enormously stimulate people's creativity.

    The imagination has no limits when it comes to fun and there are many ideas that arise when you have such an interesting instrument available, so much so that it is not hard to find on the web thousand and more advices on the subject (such as at this link).

     

    Established, of course that all safety rules must be followed by users to avoid someone getting hurt playing, we found here and there are some great ideas that we loved. So check out these fun activities to do on the best trampoline.

     

    1) Play the ball - With an inflatable beach ball, create fun in all safety for the little ones. This is a challenge between friends, who pass the ball from each other, bouncing. A nice alternative to the beach ball would be using soft balls. The purpose is to try to hit the outside jumper trying to strike up the ball!

     

    2) Play hopscotch - Using chalks you can rebuild one of the oldest games in the burlesque tradition: the so-called hopscotch! Paying particular attention to the support, jumping on a surface other than asphalt definitely offers even more variants of fun. The fabric of the trampoline, then, can be cleaned easily with a cloth.

     

    3) Dancing! This course is a classic. It may be trite but dancing on an elastic surface is an experience that not everyone has experienced yet, but it’s simply amazing! Much better than usual mattress. We are not to list all the type of dance that exist but we can recommend the ideal tool for those who want to try their skills in this kind of movement: the trampoline! We discourage the use of earphones for a safety issue, but you can apply the speakers on the poles of the structure that supports the safety net. This way, you can begin to exercise and improve your dancing skills in a fun and original way.

     

    4) Fitness exercises on the trampoline are intended for advanced users who already know how to control the jump. Exercises are great for burning a lot of calories, including: the twist: the jump turning the body to the right or left 360 ° (paying particular attention to landing), cross-country skiing, moving your legs back and forward or downhill ski, jumping with your feet together to the right and to the left.     5) Relax. As you can see, there are even those who have had the brilliant idea to change a trampoline and to turn it in the chill out of their own home! But without going that far, the trampoline is actually a comfortable space where you can lay back and relax, or watch the stars in a pleasant company or, why not, do a little healthy yoga training once in a while.
